We offer free shipping on all orders, in the US and internationally.

Delivery Times

Most of our pieces are made to order to your exact specifications, with delivery typically taking 12 to 15 days. Some orders may arrive early when they are ready ahead of schedule.

For orders outside the United States, customs clearance may add a few days depending on the destination. Occasionally, delays outside of our control may occur.

Good to Know

• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
• For insurance reasons, packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.
• Customs processes and import duties for international orders are covered by Demain. Customers will not be responsible for additional customs fees or import duties.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team directly at help@demaindiamonds.com for immediate assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Choose the option that suits you best:

Return shipping is free: we email you a prepaid return label. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging and all original documentation.

How to Return

1. Email help@demaindiamonds.com to arrange your exchange or return.
2. You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.
3. Place the jewelry back in its original packaging, with all documentation and inserts.
4. Seal the box and cover or mark out any old addresses.
5. Drop the package off at the nearest available location.

Not Eligible for Return

• Orders outside the 30-day return window
• Rings that have been resized or modified
• Engraved jewelry
• Items that have been damaged or altered in any way

Comparative Purchasing

Comparative purchasing means buying multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the rest. To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, comparative purchasing is not allowed. Comparative purchasing orders may be blocked from shipping or returning.

Refunds

Once we receive your package, our team processes your return within 14 business days. If your return qualifies for a refund, it is issued to your original payment method within 5 days after receipt.
