Items can be returned within 45 days of delivery for a DEMAIN gift card with value of the full purchase price, minus any engraving fee. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used towards any design on our site.  

  

Eligible items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. To stay true to our sustainability principles, we will be unsetting the DEMAIN created diamond(s) and melting the metal for recycling. Therefore, we will deduct a $300 recycling fee from engagement ring returns and a $50 recycling fee from wedding band and made-to-order fine jewelry returns. This fee is waived if you opt for a DEMAIN gift card instead.

Please use a trusted courier, as VRAI is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return. It is always best to insure your return shipments. Duty/tax paid will be refunded, but your shipping fee is non-refundable.

We offer one complimentary resize up to one full US size by the quarter, half, or full size (which is equivalent to two full European/UK sizes). If your engagement ring resize request is outside of one full size, you may need to return or reset your ring. Please reach out to help@demain.com to initiate a re-size.
