Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, a DEMAIN gift card or a refund to the original payment method. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used towards any design on our site.

Eligible item(s) must be in their original condition, including packaging with all original documentation.

What products aren't eligible for return?

• Orders outside of our 30-day return policy.
• Rings that have been resized or modified.
• Engraved jewelry.
• Items that have been damaged or altered in any way.

1. A return shipping label will be emailed to you.
2. Place your jewelry back in the original packaging. Make sure to include all documentations and inserts.
3. Seal the box and mark out any old addresses.
4. Drop your package at the nearest available location.
5. Your return will be processed by our team within 14 business days.
6. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5 days after receiving.

Comparative purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, comparative purchasing is not allowed. Comparative purchasing orders may be blocked from shipping or returning.
